From November 12th to 14th 2021 we are expecting some 100 to 150 students from across the globe to join KAMUN -100 years of MUN  – The Black Forest Summit 2021. This year we will celebrate , and we will entertain four different committees with different levels of expertise required.

The United Nations Human Rights Council will discuss the status quo of the freedom of expression.

The Economic and Social Council, ECOSOC, will consist of all 54 current members of the ECOSOC.  This year it will focus on the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on societies, economies, and vulnerable groups.

We will have the General Assembly Third Committee, often referred to as SOCHUM. The debate will assess questions about the use of genetically modified crops to increase food security.

The highest institution of the United Nations is the Security Council. In this committee, each country will be represented by two delegates working on an open agenda.

This year we will also feature a Joint Cabinet Crisis Committee, JCC. The general topic will be the challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and gene manipulation.
